The Blue Star is coming back!
As our leadership, culinary, and hospitality teams ramp up development and training, one thing remains essential: involving YOU — our valued guests and supporters — every step of the way.
From the intentional development of our wine and cocktail program, to the creation of thoughtfully crafted menus, to the community-centered service that defined The Blue Star from the very beginning — every detail matters. This dedication is what we believe will set The Blue Star apart among the many exceptional dining experiences in Colorado Springs and across the state.
We’re excited to begin this journey with you by hosting our first events — each centered on wine exploration and education, both of which will be cornerstones of The Blue Star experience.
