Keep turducken refrigerated until ready to cook. If you wish to cook at a later time freeze your well-wrapped Turducken for up to 60 days.

Place in oven at 350 degrees on an oiled sheet pan. Bake 20-30 minutes per pound until the internal temperature reads 160 degrees in the center.

Remove foil, bake an additional 5 minutes to crisp exterior. Rest on countertop 15-20 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
