Turducken Cooking Instructions
Congratulations on your purchase! You are about to enjoy the buttery goodness of a Blue Star Turducken. Your turducken will need to thaw prior to cooking. Please place your wrapped turducken in the fridge to defrost. Please allow up to 48 hours for a 2 lb and 72 hours for a 4lb. Remove plastic and remove foil. Place in oven at 350 degrees on an oiled sheet pan. Cover with foil. Bake 13 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees and juices run clear. Remove foil, bake an additional 5 minutes. Rest on countertop 15-20 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
