Monthly Changing Menu
One feature that makes The Blue Star a favorite is our monthly changing menu. While often focusing on Mediterranean and Pacific Rim cuisine, over the course of the year, The Blue Star chefs prepare food from nearly every cuisine in the world. The frequency of the changes keeps the chefs excited and interested in their own food and this excitement is carried from the kitchen to your plate. The mix of classical fine preparations with peasant food from around the world provides a wide variety that is sure to offer something for nearly everyone. With chefs used to change and able to cook so many cuisines, with so many techniques, special requests or even entire special menus are no problem. Many a loyal customer has said, "going to The Blue Star, you have no idea what you are going to eat, but you can bet you will like it".

Guest Services
The Blue Star servers are professionals, plain and simple. They strive to deliver exactly the pace and style of service that is right for each table. A realization that every guest is different and has different expectations for their stay is critical to delivering the quality of service that we insist upon. The size of the wine list and the diversity of the food requires many hours of weekly study, resulting in the area's best educated servers. Not only can they describe our menu in detail, they can go to any restaurant in town and describe their menu as well. With team service as a policy, every server in the room is watching every table.
